A demographic breakdown of the survey participants is as follows:

• Time in IT: 5 years or less=8%; 6-10 years=42%; 11-20 years=34%; and, over 20 years=17%
• Type of hospital: Private=53%; Academic/university=30%; Specialist=17%; Government=15%; Religious=6%; Children’s=6%; and, something else=1%
• Size of hospital: Large=53%; Medium=36%; and, Small=12%
